Making Orders & Payments

Can I change my order?

We will unfortunately not be able to make any amendments to your order after your order has been made. Please double check the items when completing your order.

My card keeps getting declined

In most cases, if your card is declined it is due to your bank rejecting the payment.

This is because they may not recognise my domain. Try using a new card or ring your bank to tell them that you are making the transaction and then try again.

I entered the wrong email address?

Unfortunately, we cannot make any amendments to your email address after your order has been made.

Please double check your email address when completing your order. Your item will be delivered to the email address you enter and you will be responsible for retrieving the order.

I have not received the PDF(s)

Your PDF(s) are in your order confirmation email underneath order details with buttons to download.  You will only be able to download this once so please save it into a place on your computer or device that you can retreive it from (e.g desktop, dropbox)

I don’t like my product, can I get a refund?

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

When you purchase any guide or digital product, you agree to no refunds as stated on the website. This is because the content is delivered instantly to the buyer and can be seen by the buyer.

Refunds can only be given in the following circumstances:

  • If there was a technical issue and we can see that the content was never received by the buyer.
  • If the transaction was not a genuine transaction (card fraud etc.)
  • If there was a duplicate order or payment.
