I was your typical skinny kid who loved to build camps and play all kinds of sports.
At a young age, I was into long distance running and rugby, this then carried in to my late teens and when I was 16 I joined a local gym.
At the time, my main goal was just to get great abs and arms and I was fortunate enough to be taken under the wings of the older guys who saw something in me which I didn’t see myself.
By the age of 18, I’d fallen in love with bodybuilding and all things fitness. I even did the London marathon - for charity but to also challenge myself.
I had the hunger to push myself further and challenge myself to see what my limit was. This led me to multiple successes within the fitness industry.
I’ve now been training for 17 years. I started at 68kg and I’m now 98kg (which is healthy for my height and build).
I’ve achieved international titles and turned pro in three different federations. I’ve featured on numerous front covers of fitness magazines and held seminars around the world to help educate and inspire.
People say you’re lucky but the fact of the matter is luck is always found where hard work and dedication is.
I’ve worked my ass off to get to where I am and I’m still motivated to achieve more. I’m grateful to say my hobby is now my career and to be able to give back and inspire is rewarding in itself.
Fitness changed my life for the better and I’d love to help others experience the same. You need a balance, fitness should never hold you back from life - it’s there to better your life.
